At DivineGems, we have unwavering confidence in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you've purchased, simply return the item within 30 days of receiving it, in its unused condition and original packaging, to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, DAMAGED ITEMS

Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with your Divine Gems purchase. You have the option to return your purchase within 30 days for either a refund or an exchange (please note that return shipping fees are not covered). Please follow the instructions below and ship your return via insured parcel post for both your protection and expedited processing. Regrettably, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

**ORDER CONFIRMATION**

Once you place your order, you will promptly receive an order confirmation email. This signifies that we have successfully received your order and have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will proceed with processing the charges and arrange for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Your order will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. In most cases, your order may ship even sooner, but due to varying order volumes throughout the year, delivery times may vary. If you require expedited order processing, please contact us at hello@thedivinegems.com.

Upon receiving your item(s), please inspect the packaging carefully. If any damage is evident, make sure to note it and reach out to us immediately. In the event that your item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@thedivinegems.com, and we will promptly arrange for a replacement.

Please Note:

While the estimated delivery times typically align with the majority of shipments, it's important to acknowledge that local customs clearance processes and inspections may sometimes extend these estimates. Rest assured, you've paid guaranteed landed costs during checkout, and no additional fees will be due upon delivery. This is, however, subject to local clearance procedures. Your package is traceable, and your shipping confirmation will include tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update once you've received a tracking number. Please note that International Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or duties imposed by their respective government (the "Fees"). We regret to inform you that we cannot fulfill any requests to declare a package for a value different from the total paid at checkout.

The Fees are typically determined based on various factors, including:

- The country of origin or manufacture of the merchandise
- The merchandise classification using the system adopted by the countries we ship to
- VAT rates set by the destination country
- For select countries, you will be able to view the total applicable fees, duties, and tax/VAT during the checkout process

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
